History:
Lacey's parents owned a bakery in Rustburo City and she often helped them bake and take orders. She enjoyed baking not just for customers, but for her friends, too. Lacey was always questioning things, she was always very curious. She would constantly ask questions to her parents, some that weren't easy to give answers to. "If a tree falls in the forest and no one's around, does it make a sound?" "Why do people die?" "Why did God make diseases?" Lacey was very sociable, she loved to be around people she liked, she hated being alone.

However, Lacey wasn't all happy. She had a fear of getting old, and she would constantly buy make up to make herself look as young as possible. This fear originated from her parents. As they grew older, they became more fragile, they gained weight, and it grew hard for them to move around. She would even starve herself sometimes, trying to look skinny. She wanted people to think good of her and to not look down on her, unlike their opinions on her parents.

Out of curiosity, she decided to go outside of the city and see what Route 116 was like! She wasn't experianced with Pokemon at all, she had never had one, and decided she was ready. The first Pokemon she found was a female Skitty, and, after throwing a Luxury Ball, managed to catch it, and began training. They soon developed a close bond, and Lacey wondered why she hadn't caught a Pokemon before, it was great, having a friend by your side like Skitty was.

One day, while exploring Route 104, the two came across an unsually colored orb, pink and a light tan. Her curious sense kicking in, she picked it up, and became one with her best friend, Skitty. She then found herself in a world she didn't know of.
